ATMAEN, the neo-shamanic music project of singer and voice researcher Valentina Buroni, is proud to announce the release of the “Canto Sagrado Deluxe Edition”. This special physical release, available from February 28th (pre-order now open) produced in collaboration with Inertial Music, includes three exclusive remixes by renowned electronic composer Giampalo Barbaliscia and is presented in a stunning 8-panel digipak.
The deluxe edition showcases the ethereal artwork of Niklas Sundin, capturing the visual essence of “Canto Sagrado” and its three singles. The remixes add a new dimension to ATMAEN’s signature sound, blending neo-shamanic chants and ambient soundscapes with electronic textures for an otherworldly experience.
Valentina Buroni’s extensive expertise in early music, traditional Irish singing, overtone singing, and Gregorian chant, paired with her background as a sound healer and dance therapist, shapes ATMAEN’s mystical sound. Drawing from Celtic and North Italian folk traditions, indigenous sacred chants, and ambient cinematic influences, ATMAEN’s songs act as invocations to nature spirits, offering a gateway to spiritual connection and healing.
