“Feeling Alone” explores the difficult process of losing patience with people in your life; whether by choice or necessity. At its core, it addresses the emotional conflict of cutting ties, where Stockholm syndrome can blur the memory of toxic relationships. Even when the decision to walk away is necessary, the act itself is secretly painful, and actions can mask the truth of that struggle. It's a track about the lies we tell ourselves in order to move on, and the emotional scars left behind.
